FSB - First Strategy Business was established by Philip Ware in the UK in 2002, as a fully independent consultancy specialising in Strategic Marketing, and all that this entails.


Its main service offering remains one of Formal Business Planning. This concept is predicated on the idea that demonstrating your understanding and commitment to all stakeholders, is a serious vote winner in a competitive world, as well as providing a disciplined route-map to an appropriate horizon.


Phil obtained a first-class higher research degree in Marketing from the Hull Business School, University of Lincoln & Humberside, and has been recognised by the UK's Chartered Institute of Marketing as a Chartered Marketer since 2000. He subsequently completed a post-graduate course with the Institute of Direct Marketing in the year of FSB's formation.


Phil's management experience was largely developed with Swiss and American banks, Unilever, and BBC owned companies. More latterly he is the main analyst and author of FSB's strategic business and marketing approaches, working very closely with full-service marketing agencies in the UK.


A fluent German speaker with a keen interest in speculative investment, Phil is currently presenting a series of introductory business workshops to the small to medium-sized business sector in both Russia and the UK.


Fees: Anything and everything is always negotiable, but rates typically start at around £25 per hour, with initial discussions naturally, FOC.
